At Honey Therapy Beauty your privacy is imperative to us. The following privacy statement is here to outline what we do with any information that you share with us.

Every new client is asked to complete a consultation form, which will ask your questions about your general health, lifestyle and contact details which all relates to the beauty treatments you will be receiving. This form MUST be completed before any treatment can be carried out.

All your personal details will be held confidentially and are completely private. We never share your data with third parties, we do however ask you to 'opt-in' for our text message reminder service for your appointments.

All consultation forms are kept in secure folders in filing cabinets and are never accessible to anyone other than your beauty therapist.

To adhere to strict rules with our insurers, we must keep your records for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years. If you are no longer a client of ours after this time we will shred all of the documentation and dispose of it in the correct manner.

Please note that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify us of ANY changes to your personal details, health or lifestyle, if this is the case please let us know and we can keep your records up to date at all times.
